B&B White Truffle Burger is back. Or come try the Award Winning “Bash Burger” that just took the Grand Prize at New York Food and Wine Festival this past week.

And this is what a perfect “B&B Bash Burger” looks like for those that have yet to try one…I prefer the deep red medium rare prep.

Last night we won for the 3rd time New York Food Festival Burger Bash Grand Prize. Chef Capon on stage with Rachel Ray receiving the award.

Chef de cuisine Paul Di Bari spent time in Kurt Gutenbrunner’s Wallsé kitchen, so he knows his way around Austrian food: His super-crispy off-menu schnitzel is made with either pork or veal (depending on what’s available), comes with seasonal vegetables (recently sugar snaps and roasted corn), and gets finished with lemon-caper buerre blanc.  [Grub St]
